HA7402C 6GHz REAL TIME PHASE NOISE ANALYZER ENGINE
The HA7402C cross correlation engine is preferred by oscillator manufacturers as the best means to achieve the lowest possible phase noise measurements in the shortest amount of time. The unit offers a 37% cost savings in comparison to the HA7062C because there are no internal LO sources. The user supplies 2 LOs (tunable oscillators) to the front panel that have similar operating frequencies to the DUT. The analyzer will calibrate the LOs with a push of a button and the LOs become part of the test setup. With the proper LOs and DUT power levels, the HA7402C is capable of measuring DUTs into the sub -190dBc/Hz performance levels well within 10 seconds!

Furthermore, Holzworth phase noise analyzers are also designed to be purely command line driven via commercial and proprietary ATE control programs making for a seamless integration into larger test systems.
