Position: Technical Sales Manager .

Job Description:

VIGVEN is hiring for an ambitious Go Getter, highly motivated, and professional “Technical Sales Manager ”.

We are looking for those who are target-driven & results orientated and are expected to do lead generation, building a sales pipeline, negotiating, and closing sales deals in timely manner.  

Technical Sales Manager  will maintain and grow the existing business on the agreed territory.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Selected candidate will be responsible for the Sales and Business Development of the VigVen Test & Measurement equipment’s in the Assigned Territory
  • Identify, contact, meet with potential customers, understanding their requirement through regular visits, Product Demonstrations, Product/ Solution pitching as per requirement.
  • Meeting Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly Annual Sales Quota and Sales Targets.
  • Communicate effectively on the technical aspects of our company’s products.
  • Good Technical understanding and knowledge of measuring instruments is must.
  • Should have sufficient knowledge of Electrical/ Electronic/ Instrumentation Systems
  • Capable of interacting externally & internally with The Principals, Customers with excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Ability to drive sales and understand client requirements, Conduct Product Demos, manage deals in pipeline.
  • Maintain high level of technical knowledge related to Products, Applications and Current trends.
  • Build brand and product awareness in market.

Skill Set Required: 

  • Strong Orientation to Technical Skills
  • Written and Spoken English Language is prerequisite for this Sales Opening.
  • Ability to Influence Customers in to Accepting VigVen’s Superior Specifications for buying / Tenders with Strong Technical Interplay
  • Ability to be respected by Customers and Competitors alike.
  • Socialising Skills
  • Ability to Communicate Ideas very well

Essential Criteria:

  • BE in Electronics / Instrumentation/ Telecommunication with 5+ years successful technology field sales experience preferably in Test and Measurement field.
  • Must be flexible, independent, self-motivated, pleasant personality, go getter, focused on Goal achievement, Aggressive & Customer focused.
  • Be ready to accept a Highly challenging Growth Oriented Sales target that will be rewarding you immensely.
